To truly understand the challenges at hand, we turned to the experts - the dedicated employees of DCC. Through interviews and collaborative workshops, we heard their perspectives, experiences, and concerns. They told us about their awareness of the climate targets and the need for change, both at a personal and organizational level.

Armed with a deeper understanding of the problems, we embarked on designing a solution that aligns with the urgent need for action. Our vision centered around a web-based application that provides transparency, a voice for employees, and the tools to rapidly address climate change challenges.

Our solution wasn't singular but multi-faceted. We introduced a visually appealing dashboard to track long-term climate goals, progress, and short-term actions. The interactive Climate Pledge tree offered inspiration and a platform for employees to make personal climate pledges. The live project map kept everyone informed about ongoing initiatives.

Our core belief is that collective change begins with small, daily actions. We envision these actions as the driving force behind the change we want to see. Through our web-based application, we aim to empower DCC and its employees to take these small steps collectively for a big impact on the environment.
